Registered Dietitian in Calgary
Helping adults manage IBS, digestive issues, cholesterol, diabetes, and sustainable eating habits through evidence-based nutrition counselling.
Why this matters
It's not your discipline. It's the advice.
Two people with the same diagnosis can need very different plans. Your medical history, the foods you actually eat, your schedule, and what you've already tried all matter. Working together starts with understanding your specific situation — then building a realistic plan from there.
Focus areas
Concrete support for specific concerns.
IBS & digestive issues
Identifying triggers and rebuilding food tolerance with strategies like low-FODMAP and gut-directed nutrition — without an endless list of forbidden foods.
Diabetes & insulin resistance
Managing blood sugar through realistic meal patterns and carbohydrate strategy, alongside the medical care you're already receiving.
Cholesterol & heart health
Evidence-based changes to fats, fibre, and overall eating patterns that move the numbers — without overhauling your kitchen.
My approach
Stop fighting your body. Start working with it.
- No more rigid meal plans you can't stick to.
- No more guilt or food rules dictating your day.
- No more confusion about what actually works.
- Yes to a nutrition plan that fits your life.
What I Offer
How I can help
Three areas I work in most often. If yours doesn't fit neatly, that's what the free discovery call is for.
Digestive Health
If you're navigating IBS, IBD, celiac, or food sensitivities, every meal can feel like a guess. We'll work through what's actually triggering symptoms and build a routine around food that doesn't fight back.
