Will intuitive eating help me lose weight?+
Intuitive eating is intentionally weight-neutral. Some people's weight goes down, some up, some stays the same. The goal is health and relationship with food, not a number.
Do you give me meal plans?+
I generally don't hand out rigid meal plans — they get abandoned. I help you build systems, templates, and habits that adapt to your week. If a structured plan is genuinely what you need, we can work on that.
Can you help with picky eaters?+
Yes. We use evidence-based, low-pressure strategies that expand the range of what your child (or partner, or you) will eat — without turning every meal into a power struggle.
